• Crisp Chat — live customer support widget, accessible via the icon at the bottom-right of every page. Conversations are stored on Crisp's secure servers.
• Google Fonts — typography. Google may log font requests including IP addresses.
• Google Analytics — anonymised traffic statistics with IP masking enabled.

Protecting your information is a foundational priority. We apply layered technical safeguards:

Cricket Score Tips is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. Our content concerns betting markets — Match Winner, Top Bowler, Method of Dismissal, Player Performance and similar — which are not appropriate for minors.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered or interacted with our site, please contact us immediately via Crisp chat and we will delete the account and any related records.

8 ⏰ Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as it serves a legitimate purpose:

• Active accounts: retained while your account remains in use.
• Inactive accounts: automatically purged after 12 months without login.
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised; raw event data is retained for 90 days.

• Support conversations: retained for up to 12 months to maintain context for follow-up queries.
• Legal records: retained where required by applicable law.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by exercising your right to erasure (Section 6).
